Our Story

Himalayan Kothi was inspired by the idea of giving travellers a more visceral experience of the mountains than they could get at competition with no name, or five-star, luxury lodging in the area. Built in the ancient Kathkuni style, using stone and deodar wood, the lodge is a homage to the durable building traditions of Himachal. Situated in a quiet apple orchard, surrounded by rose bushes, cedar trees, and vast views of the Bear River and Pir Panjal range, this is an intentional place to unplug and find stillness in nature.
